Titanic Belfast

Located beside the Titanic Slipways, the Harland & Wolff Drawing Offices and Hamilton Graving Dock - the very place where the Titanic was designed, built and launched, the Titanic Belfast tells the story of Titanic from her conception, through her construction and launch, to her maiden voyage and subsequent place in history.

Ulster Transport Museum

Celebrate the history of invention, a spirit of innovation, and explore how our lives and communities have always been in motion. The Ulster Transport Museum tells the story of transport and social change in this part of the world. It is a place to be inspired by big machines and big ideas.

W5

W5 is the ultimate interactive exhibit in Northern Ireland, with 250 hands-on exhibits to try - you're in for a treat. This family favourite will have you walking through a dinosaur themed maze, exploring the medical marvel of the human body, becoming scientists at the purpose-built science bar and more!

Belfast offers a wide variety of eateries, whether you are looking for pub grub, seafood or fine dining this extensive list has all the restaurant ideas you need. Belfast is at the centre of Northern Ireland's gastronomic scene too, with plenty on offer at St George's Market and a host of Michelin guide restaurants.

Belfast is well known for its vibrant night life, with bars such as The Duke of York, nestled along a narrow, cobbled alleyway in the historic Half Bap area, The Duke offers a traditional Belfast welcome of craic, music and humour. With traditional Irish pubs such as The Points Bar, cocktail bars like Rattlebag, Belfast has nightlife to suit all tastes.

As well as the Pharmacology 2025's planned social activities, you'll find endless things to do in Belfast outside of conference hours, from world-class attractions, historic landmarks, museums, shopping and entertainment venues. As the gateway to Northern Ireland, Belfast is perfectly positioned for sightseeing tours to Giant's Causeway, Game of Thrones filming locations and road trips beyond Belfast.

If shopping is what you want not only does Belfast is compact in size, but uncompromising in choice, Belfast offers shoppers the ultimate retail experience. Home to Queen's Arcade which hosts a variety of luxury Boutiques and local independent retailers. For art and entertainment lovers Belfast holds numerous art galleries as well as the Grand Opera House.

The Christmas Market is located in the grounds of Belfast City Hall, just a short 10 minute walk from the International Convention Centre. Opening times for the Christmas market will be released closer to the time.
