In addition to the extensive scientific programme, Pharmacology 2025 is your chance to socialise whilst enjoying everything Belfast has to offer!

By registering for Pharmacology 2025, you will automatically be invited to the Welcome Reception which takes place at the end of the first day of the conference (Tuesday 16 December). You will also be given the option to purchase tickets for the Conference Party and the Gala Dinner (more about these below).

If you have already registered for the conference and would like to add tickets to the Conference Party and/or Gala Dinner to your order, please follow the instructions in your confirmation email to amend your booking. 

ECR‐Only Reception

Monday, 15 December, 5:00 – 7:00 pm  |  Hilton No. 4 Bar, Belfast

Students and early-career delegates can kick off the week by mingling with each other in a relaxed setting at the cool and elegant Hilton No. 4 Bar, Belfast. Add your free ticket to this reception when you register for Pharmacology 2025, or edit your existing booking. Spaces are limited to 100 people. 

Welcome Reception

Tuesday 16 December 2025, 6:00pm - 7:00pm  |  Exhibition Hall, ICC Belfast

Celebrate the first day of Pharmacology 2025, and join us in the Exhibition Hall for a complimentary drinks reception - free to attend for all conference delegates! Guest tickets can be purchased at £10 per person. It's a great opportunity to network, catch-up with friends, and discuss the conference so far.

Conference Party

Tuesday 16 December 2025, 7:30pm - 11:30pm  |  Revolución de Cuba

The Conference Party at Revolución de Cuba will follow straight on from the Welcome Reception, where your conversations on the first day can continue. The informal evening will include a welcome drink and a buffet meal, followed by a fun evening of music. 

Revolución de Cuba is Belfast's authentic Cuban bar and restaurant within a breathtaking Art Nouveau building in the heart of the city. A DJ will welcome you into the venue, where you will be given a drinks voucher for your first drink on us with a Cuban themed buffet to follow. 

A salsa lesson will follow with a dedicated area on the dancefloor for you to take part, but don't worry, it's not compulsory!

Gala Dinner

Wednesday 17 December 2025, 7:30pm - 11:30pm  |  Titanic Belfast

Titanic Belfast opened in 2012, one hundred years after the birth of the world's most famous ship. 

The Titanic Belfast tells the story of the Titanic, from her conception in Belfast in the early 1900s, through her construction and launch, to her maiden voyage and subsequent place in history. With stunning views of the Slipways and Belfast Lough, where the world-famous liner was designed, built and launched.

Dinner will be held inside The Titanic Suite, seated in front of a replica of the liner's Grand Staircase - the perfect backdrop for pictures. 

For only £85 you will receive entry to this beautifully unique venue, a welcome drink, a three-course locally-sourced meal, followed by the awards ceremony.
