**PREPAID RATE** CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations can be cancelled without charge until 29/09/25. After this date, all cancellations and reductions in nights will incur full cancellation charges to the card provided at the time of booking. GUARANTEE & PAYMENT: Credit card details are required at the time of booking for both guarantee and payment purposes. PAYMENT: The card provided will be charged in full 30 days prior to arrival. EXTRAS: Guests will be responsible for settling any additional extras directly with the hotel. NOTE: Bookings of 6 rooms or more will be subject to group cancellation terms.

After this date, all cancellations and reductions in nights will incur full cancellation charges to the card provided at the time of booking. PAYMENT: Guests are required to settle their accommodation costs and any additional extras directly with the hotel, unless MICE are notified at the time of booking.
