CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations can be cancelled without charge until 20.02.2026. After this date, all cancellations and reductions in nights will incur full cancellation charges to the card provided at the time of booking. GUARANTEE: Credit card details are required at the time of booking for guarantee purposes only. PAYMENT: Guests are required to settle their accommodation costs and any additional extras directly with the hotel, unless MICE are notified at the time of booking. NOTE: Bookings of 6 rooms or more will be subject to group cancellation terms.
