All reservations can be cancelled without charge until 14 days prior to arrival, after this date all cancellations and reductions in nights will be fully chargeable to the card provided at the time of booking. Credit card information is taken at the time of booking for guarantee purposes only. All guests will be required to settle their accommodation costs plus any additional extras taken direct with the hotel, unless MICE are notified at the time of booking. Please note reservations of 6 rooms or more will be subject to group cancellation terms.
