All reservations can be cancelled without charge until 35 days prior to arrival, after this date all cancellations and reductions in nights will be fully chargeable to the card provided at the time of booking. Credit card information is taken at the time of booking for guarantee purposes. The hotel will pre-authorise the amount of the first nights accommodation on the 25th February 2022. All guests will be required to settle their accommodation costs plus any additional extras taken direct with the hotel, unless MICE are notified at the time of booking. Please note reservations of 6 rooms or more will be subject to group cancellation terms.
