Terms and Conditions

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to hello@miceconcierge.com
For cancellations on or before 24 October 2024, a full refund will be provided minus the administration fee €150.00.
For cancellations after 24 October 2024, no refund will be provided.
Any approved refunds will be issued following the conclusion of the event only and will be processed in Euro Currency. 
In the case of non-attendance, the paid registrations may be transferred to another person at no additional charge, subject to written notification to the organisers prior to the conference.
ACI EUROPE reserves the right to cancel or change the date and venue of the conference at any time.

Please note that a standard 4% processing fee is applied to all card payments. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing electronic transactions.
