Excellent Customer Service

I recently had to contact MICE Concierge regarding a booking I had made. I spoke to Ilaria on reception and she had excellent customer service skills. She was polite and courteous and pointed me in the right direction to get my issue resolved. I also had contact with Terrie who dealt with my query quickly and also followed up with a phone call to ensure I had received the updated information. An excellent company and I cannot praise them enough.

What an excellent team to deal with. I had already made a reservation for the show we were attending through MICE Concierge Ltd. I then had to make changes and stay in another hotel. All cancellations and bookings were handled for me within minutes. I have used there service for two years now and would do so again
